Waking the Doldrums takes inspiration from our collective desire to arouse ourselves from the listless feelings caused by the response to COVID-19 and the necessary social distancing measures. With the course of our daily lives being heavily disrupted we believe music can be a panacea for the feelings of loneliness and anxiety many of us are experiencing.

Waking the Doldrums is a community-sourced project and 100% of the sales go directly back to the participating artists. This is our way of offering encouragement and financial support to the underground music community in this time of need.
